Waters Edge Church Site launch

Posted on: November 23rd, 2010 by Matt Adams No Comments

Waters Edge Church came to us several times over the course of the last year. Spending lots of time researching their options, talking with multiple firms and designers. After they weighed their options, they went with factor1. We spent a lot of time talking about their culture, personality, staff, and where they were heading. We came up with the design to meet those goals and needs.

We think it turned out great and so do they!

Melissa Horton, WEC communications director had this to say:

From my first conversation with Matt, I knew our website re-design was going to be awesome.  Matt listened to all our ideas, asked great questions, guided us with recommendations and delivered (on time!) an end-product that exceeded our expectations.  Not only would we use Factor1 again for web design, we are now using them for all of our marketing and branding projects.

c3 site launch & another great testimonial

Okay so we have been slammed around here and forget to update our blog. This site launched a few months ago, but we still wanted to feature it.

c3church.tv uses one of our new products for small / new start up organizations – website awesome. This is Gary Lambs 4th site with us, and wanted something small and affordable. This was a great fit.

Gary left us a great testimonial

I have personally used Factor1Studios for 3 or 4 different websites and custom blogs. When it came time to start our new church start-up funds were very limited, yet we were committed to finding the funding to have Factor1Studios do our site.

Working with the team at Factor1 to make our website have the look, feel, and vibe we were looking for could not have been any easier. I am not web savvy at all so an easy to use website was a must for us. We need the ability to upload information daily, change pictures, text, and add pages in a very easy manner. Factor1 delivered with their Admin Panel that lets me make all the necessary change with a few easy clicks. It has been a breeze to make our website look great and stay updated.

If you are looking for a great looking, easy to use website at an affordable price, look no further than the team at factor1! I can’t recommend then enough.

thanks Gary!

Another great testimonial

We have been working with Jim on a few various projects of his, and his clients. Here is what he thinks about factor1.

Matt Adams and Factor 1 Studios has been our “go to” partner from the beginning of our firm and has significantly made the difference in our impact and growth.  Matt has the successful combination of listening deeply while guiding the conversation to realize better ways of communicating our vision and services.  The results has created an offer that has the “wow” factor to draw in the client and engage them in our services.  We have been pleasantly surprised at the added reach of our services through the media that Matt created.  Clients from coast-to-coast contact us purely from what they read and see on our web site.

I highly recommend Matt Adams and Factor 1 Studios for their cutting edge understanding of global communication, the timely delivery of quality designs, professional guidance to keep the edge on our offer, and the integrity of their entire operations.

Matt’s work and care are so highly valued that I recently entrusted to him the presentation of Technology for Small Business to a group of entrepreneurs that I was leading through a ten week session.  His presentation and valuable offer was the highlight of the entire ten week series!

streetlight testimonial

Just thought I would share a recent testimonial From Cary Peters over at Streetlight

Matt Adams and the staff at factor1 have been outstanding to work with over the past 5 months. Matt’s design talents and understanding of the user experience in web layout and functionality are a key strength. Personally Matt is one of the very best ‘web guys’ I have had the pleasure of working.

Thanks Cary!

Video Testimonials

Posted on: January 11th, 2010 by Matt Adams No Comments

So I have seen companies who hire and shoot their clients video testimonials. Our clients are all over the country, so going to them would be a pricey endeavor. So we just stick to asking for a referal via email to share with our friends and potential clients. I was excited to see this from our client.

Over the summer we built a large site for Get College funding. It was actually our first real expression Engine site, and it went really well.

This video testimonial actually is pretty cool. It shows a great use of technology. Get College Funding is really embracing video rather well into their organization. Its a nice touch, and they find creating these videos a breeze.

IFESH site launch

IFESH launched the site a few weeks ago, and is hearing great things about their new site. Esau had this to say about factor1:

“I highly recommend using the web design services of Factor1Studios. The firm is very professional, artistic, economic and very easy to work with. A Godsend to non-profits looking to build up-to-date websites.”

Maricopa Chamber of Commerce

Posted on: July 27th, 2009 by Matt Adams 2 Comments

We are super excited to launch this site. It’s the all new site for our local Maricopa Chamber of Commerce. Factor 1 (specifically I, Matt Adams), have been heavily involved with the chamber marketing board for a number of years now. We have aided in the planning, creation, and execution of several programs, events, and marketing pieces. All aimed at increasing local business exposure.

This new site will tie in all our past work, and goals. We have found that the user experience of a large site is key to the sites success. With the user in mind, we created this site.

Maricopa chamber

It was an amazing site to plan out, and work on. We spent the last few months really refining the user flow, menus, and having fun with great photography.

Terri Kingery, Chamber Director had this to say:

Matt Adams and his staff have done a wonderful job in ensuring the transition process from our old website to our new one was seamless and error free.  Their knowledge of social media and the incorporation of Twitter on our home page has, in my opinion, helped increase our traffic by 30%.  I would recommend them without hesitation to any Chamber, or business looking to redesign their website.

how are we/you doing?

Posted on: April 4th, 2009 by Matt Adams No Comments

People reference your work whether you think so or not.

Sometimes it is positive.
Other times it is negative.
And, even if it is mediocre or indifferent, that is still a type of reference.
Do you care what people are saying OR not saying?
You should!
Given the 3 options, only 1 of them will generate future work, more & better projects and drive interest towards your company, mission or self.
So how do you know what people are going to say?
I dare you to ASK THEM!
          Don’t flinch.
Don’t be afraid of what they might tell you — Good or bad, you need to hear it.
If it is good, it will fuel you, motivate you and with permission, you can use it to tell others.
If it is horrible, now you know what you ought to be working on.
OR you are affirmed in your decisions to not to address those items/issues.
If it is indifferent, there is an opportunity there to find out how to create positive, excited individuals, clients or followers. So ASK THEM more.
Here is your opportunity to tell us how we are doing.
