Founded in 2004, Factor1 has grown to a small staff of 4 based in Maricopa, AZ and a new office in Seattle, WA. We have created hundreds of websites across the US, and internationally in Canada, UK, and Australia. Factor1 has primarily grown by word of mouth and continues to rely on our great reputation.

Matt Adams - Senior Partner & Creative Director

Matt Adams started factor1 back in 2004. It was his vision to be a quality design firm that keeps customer service at the highest priority, to create awesome work, all while being affordable. After graduating college with a degree in Visual Communications, Matt worked in the marketing department for a large nationwide commercial real estate developer, then a small Arizona graphics firm. Matt is the president and creative director in the day to day operations of factor 1.

27 and married to Stephanie
Proud daddy of twin toddler boys. Noah & Ezra. They are all little boy too.
Rides a bike waaaaaaay to much. Mountain & road. Usually there is a bike in his office
Played ice hockey in junior high and high school
A design geek and love great websites, fonts, books, etc.

Ryan Russell - Business Development Partner

Ryan Russell is the Business Development partner and marketing guru here for factor1. He brings leadership to the table with clients who are looking for traction in their business & creative market share for their products. With Ryan on our team we are able to assist our clients in reaching their audience with a heightened degree of impact.

We are looking to grow our team. We currently need a production designer to work part or full time. Requirements:
be an HTML & CSS ninja
know how to take a site design from start to finish
some php knowledge is good
Deal with clients who may need help with basic stuff. Patience will be something you know well
jQuery, W3C standards, clean code, stick to our frameworks, push the envelope with whats possible, and explore new technologies are things we look for around here.
