Founded in 2004, Factor1 has grown to a small staff of 4 based in Maricopa, AZ and a new office in Seattle, WA. We have created hundreds of websites across the US, and internationally in Canada, UK, and Australia. Factor1 has primarily grown by word of mouth and continues to rely on our great reputation.

Matt Adams - Senior Partner & Creative Director

Matt Adams started factor1 back in 2004. It was his vision to be a quality design firm that keeps customer service at the highest priority, to create awesome work, all while being affordable. After graduating college with a degree in Visual Communications, Matt worked in the marketing department for a large nationwide commercial real estate developer, then a small Arizona graphics firm. Matt is the president and creative director in the day to day operations of factor 1.

Random facts about Matt:
27 and married to Stephanie
Proud daddy of twin baby boys. Noah & Ezra. They will be 1 in November 2009
Rides a bike waaaaaaay to much. Mountain & road. Usually there is a bike in his office
Played ice hockey in junior high and high school
Running his first half marathon Jan 2010.
A design geek and love great websites, fonts, books, etc.
Has actually seen Helvetica the movie

Ryan Russell - Business Development Partner

Ryan Russell is the Business Development partner and marketing guru here for factor1. He brings leadership to the table with clients who are looking for traction in their business & creative market share for their products. With Ryan on our team we are able to assist our clients in reaching their audience with a heightened degree of impact.

Shannon Noack - Web Designer

Shannon has been with factor 1 since March of 2008. Her background is in print design and has enjoyed the transition to web. She does a lot of the creative development for projects and completes tasks to take a project through the development stages: brainstorming for new projects, designing and coding websites, creating logos and other branding elements, etc.

Shannon is 25.
she got married in April of 2009.
she loves to cook and try new and fun recipes.
Shannon has a 1 year old puppy named Mika, a red heeler that is full of energy!
she enjoys most anything outdoors; camping, hiking, rock climbing and biking
